Norse Atlantic to Cancel Planned Subsequent Share Offering

07:31 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Norse Atlantic (NORSE.OL) will cancel its planned subsequent offering of up to 12,092,853 new shares at 7.6938 Norwegian kroner each. The low-cost airline company said Friday that shareholders already had "sufficient opportunity" to buy shares in the market at or below the subscription price. The company's shares traded below the subscription price between Oct. 28 and Thursday, following completion of its private placement, according to the release.
