Cable Broadband (01097): Shao Zaichun and Zheng Dazu appointed as executive directors

Zhitong Finance App News, Cable Broadband (01097) announced that since December 13, 2025: (1) Mr. Shao Zaichun has been appointed as an executive director; (2) Mr. Zheng Dazu has been appointed as an executive director; (3) Mr. Li Guoheng has resigned as an executive director and no longer serves as an authorized representative; (4) Mr. Li Guoheng has been appointed as a replacement director for Mr. Zeng Anye, the vice chairman of the board of directors and executive director; and (5) Mr. Du Zhike has been appointed as an authorized representative.
