On the evening of December 12, officials of the State Drug Administration issued a notice on protected varieties of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the “Regulations on the Protection of Chinese Medicines”, the State Drug Administration approved the Qinxiang Qingjiao Oral Liquid of Yipinhong Biomedical Co., Ltd. as the first grade 2 protected variety of traditional Chinese medicine. The term of protection is seven years from the date of announcement. Yipinhong Biomedical Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yipinhong.
