In order to further improve the Group's airborne industry chain and enhance the synergy of the airborne industry, on December 12, 2025, AVIC Aircraft (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed a partnership share transfer agreement with Aviation Industry Investment (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aviation Industry Group, the controlling shareholder of the Company). China Aviation Industry Investment agreed to sell 59.1816% of AVIC Yuhua's partnership interest, with a provisional consideration of RMB 2.02.2 billion.
