China Aviation Technology (02357) subsidiary China Aviation Aircraft Co., Ltd. plans to acquire 59.1816% partnership interests of Aviation Investment Yuhua

Zhitong Finance App News, China Aviation Technology and Industry (02357) issued an announcement. In order to further improve the Group's airborne industry chain and enhance the synergy of the airborne industry, on December 12, 2025, China Aviation Industry Investment (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company) signed a partnership share transfer agreement with Aviation Industry Investment (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of China Aviation Industry Group, the controlling shareholder of the Company). China Aviation Industry Investment agreed to sell 59.1816% of Airline Investment's partnership interest at RMB 202 million.

Aviation Investment Yuhua, the target of this transaction, has invested in shares including product companies related to the aviation aircraft industry chain. The acquisition will help improve and supplement the Group's aviation supporting systems industry chain, enhance synergy with aviation aircraft-related research institutes, and enhance the core competitiveness of the Group's aviation airborne products.
