According to the Zhitong Finance App, Guangdong Harbour Holdings (01396) announced that since the prerequisites contained in subscription agreement A have been met, subscription agreement A was completed on December 12, 2025 in accordance with the terms and conditions of subscription agreement A. According to the subscription price of HK$5.5 per subscription share, a total of 19,636,363 subscription shares have been allocated and issued to Subscriber A.
