The Hunan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a proposal on formulating the fifteenth five-year plan for the national economic and social development of Hunan Province. Promote breakthroughs in key core technology research in key areas such as integrated circuits, advanced materials, future energy, and biomantry, and solve a number of “stuck neck” problems. Promote the construction of major scientific and technological infrastructure for national Chinese herbal medicine germplasm research, and safety experimental facilities for aircraft take-off and landing. Build a mission-oriented laboratory system and strive to create more national key laboratories. Deepen the construction of the Changzhu Tan National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. Cultivate and build a number of national innovation platforms such as national technological innovation centers, industrial technology engineering centers, and manufacturing innovation centers. Improve the overall management mechanism of innovation platform bases, and build an efficient, open and collaborative innovation platform system.
