Wantong Expressway announced that the company plans to use self-financing and the controlling shareholder Anhui Traffic Control Group to jointly increase capital in the traffic control information industry of participating companies. The capital increase will be used by the company and Anhui Traffic Control Group to purchase the target company's registered capital of RMB 606.383 million respectively. The portion of the capital invested in excess of the registered capital will be included in the capital reserve of the bid company. After the transaction was completed, the company's shareholding ratio increased from 10% to 36.76%.
