Grimmie (002340.SZ) plans to acquire 16.38% of Henan Recycling Group's shares for 400 million yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Grimmie (002340.SZ) announced that the company and Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (“Henan Investment Group”) jointly signed a “Property Transaction Contract”. The company will acquire 16.38% of the shares of Henan Recycling Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“Henan Cycle Group”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Investment Group, with a transaction amount of 400 million yuan.

According to the announcement, the company's acquisition of part of Henan Recycling Group's shares is a step to better implement the company's strategic layout of the recycling industry.
