France's Haffner Energy Lands Deal for Biofuel Tech in Canada

05:08 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Haffner Energy (ALHAF.PA) signed a partnership deal with a Canadian entity for its H6 generation technology in the biofuels sector, according to a Friday release. Under the deal, the French clean energy company will grant a technology license in Canada, as well as establish a joint venture that it will own on a 49% basis, and launch an initial 5-megawatt industrial pilot project in Quebec. Haffner Energy expects "significant revenue" once the contract takes effect, which is expected before the end of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026.
