Yabo Technology Holdings (08279) signed a framework agreement with Alipay (Hangzhou)

Zhitong Finance App News, Yabo Technology Holdings (08279) announced that on December 12, 2025, the Company entered into a framework agreement with Alipay (Hangzhou). The Company and Alipay (Hangzhou) may enter into specific implementation agreements on their own or with their respective subsidiaries and/or affiliates from time to time to provide Alipay's “Touch Up” service provided by the Group to Alipay (Hangzhou) Group. The period will run from the effective date to March 31, 2027.

The Board believes that these transactions will promote closer cooperation between the Group and Alipay (Hangzhou) Group, and enable the Group to rely on Alipay's vast ecosystem and expertise to accelerate the launch of Alipay's “Touch” payment devices and the adoption of contactless payment functions in mainland China and Macau. Alipay's “touch” payment device allows mainland Chinese consumers to simply touch their smartphone to complete the payment without scanning any QR code. These devices also support “light touch ordering” services. By actively promoting these payment devices, the Group expects to obtain Alipay's “touch” service fee revenue from cooperation, while strengthening its strategic position in the market by adopting advanced payment solutions. The Board believes that this cooperation will also enhance the convenience of payment for the Group's end users, strengthen the Group's position in the digital payment field, and meet the growing market demand for efficient, seamless and contactless payment solutions.
