Haydale Graphene Industries to Acquire SaveMoneyCutCarbon

04:50 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Haydale Graphene Industries (HAYD.L) said Friday it conditionally agreed to acquire UK-based Intelligent Resource Management Ltd, d/b/a SaveMoneyCutCarbon, for up to 17.1 million pounds sterling. The British advanced materials group will settle the deal consideration through the issuance of 2,852,713,177 shares. The purchase also includes a deferred consideration of 992,248,061 shares worth up to 6 million pounds, contingent on the target company's five-year performance post-acquisition. Deal closing is subject to shareholder approval.
