China's Xincheng Town (01278) establishes environmental, social and governance committees

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Xincheng (01278) issued an announcement that the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee was established on December 12, 2025. The Environmental, Social and Governance Committee consists of three members, namely Mr. Yuen Kejian, Mr. Lo Wai Hung and Mr. Ji Jiaming, all of whom are independent non-executive directors. Mr. Yuen Hak-kin was appointed as Chairman of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
