After this issuance, the total principal balance of the notes issued by the issuer under the winning ticket plan was US$2,711 million. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total external guarantees of the Company and its holding subsidiaries amounted to RMB 206.734 billion, accounting for 70.53% of the latest audited net assets, with no overdue guarantees. This guarantee is within the scope of the company's authorization, the risk is manageable, and it will not harm the interests of the company and shareholders.
