Yongli Investment (01145) appoints EY as new auditor

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Yongli Investment (01145) issued an announcement. Following Deloitte's resignation, the board of directors decided to appoint Ernst & Young (EY) as the company's new auditor, effective December 12, 2025 to fill the temporary vacancy and hold office until the end of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
