Ajax Resources Lift Fundraise Size to GBP 1.2 Million

04:16 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ajax Resources (AJAX.L) said Friday it has set the share price for its proposed equity fundraising to 0.055 pounds sterling apiece, a 22% premium to its July fundraising round. The natural resources investment company noted that it has increased the size of the fundraise to 1.2 million pounds due to strong investor interest. Ajax Resources has already received 90% commitments for the fundraiser, including participation from its board and major shareholders.
