Pioneer International announced on December 12 that the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Pan Pacific Fisheries invested 22.88 million US dollars to build a tuna purse seine ship to replace the “LOJET” ship for scrap disposal. On December 10, 2025, Pan Pacific Fisheries and Mawei Company completed the handover of the ship. The ship is named “JUNMETO” and is expected to be officially put into production in 2026.
