According to Zhitong Finance App, China Aviation Technology (02357) issued an announcement. On December 12, 2025, the board of directors of the company reviewed and approved the proposal to convert the 262 million domestic shares of the company held by the company's shareholder National Civil-Military Integration Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd. (accounting for about 3.28% of the total number of shares issued by the Company on the date of this announcement) into the company's H shares.
