Henghui Security announced on December 12 that the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Henghui Investment and Development Co., Ltd. by 41 million US dollars. The full amount of capital increase will be included in the capital reserve. After the capital increase was completed, Henghui Hong Kong's registered capital remained unchanged at HK$1 million, and the company still held 100% of its shares.
