The target subscription scale is RMB 103 million, and the company subscribes to Shanghe Guzong's 5.82% fund share. Since the fund manager and the target company failed to agree on the transaction plan, it was decided to terminate the investment in this project. The company and fund manager signed the “Termination Agreement” on December 12, 2025. The fund manager shall refund all of the company's capital contributions in one go within 3 working days from the date of signing. The company has received a full refund of the investment amount, and the original “Partnership Agreement” was officially terminated.
