Swiss Prime Site's Commercial Real Estate Fund Secures Listing

01:40 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Swiss Prime Site (SPSN.SW) said Friday its Swiss Prime Site Solutions Investment Fund Commercial (IFC.SW) secured a listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The commercial real estate fund started trading on the bourse on Tuesday and was included in two SXI Real Estate indices, including SXI Real Estate Broad and SXI Real Estate Funds Broad.
