Eshraq Investments to Sell Plot of Land in Abu Dhabi for AED300 Million

01:16 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Eshraq Investments (ADX:ESHRAQ) agreed to sell a plot of land in Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, to A9 Downtown Holding for 300 million Emirati dirhams. The investment and real estate company said Friday that the buyer will pay the consideration in installments over 24 months. Eshraq Investments plans to use the proceeds to support future growth.
