Akola's Poultry Business to Invest EUR13 Million Through FY26

12:38 AM EST, 12/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Akola Group (AKO1L.VS) said Thursday its poultry business earmarked 13 million euros for investments in 2025 and 2026. The business operates through Vilniaus Paukštynas and Kaišiadorių Paukštynas in Lithuania and through Kekava Foods in Latvia. The investment will be used primarily for the modernization of production, incubation capacity expansion, biosecurity fortification, and the formulation of environmental and energy efficiency solutions. Across the group, the agricultural and food production company plans to invest a total of 43 million euros to advance various projects and activities for 2025 through 2026.
