Danish Government Closes Mandatory Tender Offer for Københavns Lufthavne with 99.59% Stake

11:03 PM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Denmark's Ministry of Finance amassed a 99.59% stake in Københavns Lufthavne (KBHL.CO) as of the Wednesday expiration of its mandatory tender offer period for the Copenhagen Airport operator. During the acceptance period for the offer announced Sept. 30, the government received 81,068 shares, bringing its total shareholding to 7,815,617 shares, according to a Thursday filing. The offer's final results will be published by Dec. 15, with settlement of the transaction to follow two days later.
