Shareholders of Qianbaidu (01028) transferred shares from First Shanghai Securities Company to Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC with a market value of HK$267 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 11, shareholders of Qianbaidu (01028) transferred shares from First Shanghai Securities Company to Hong Kong and Shanghai HSBC, with a market value of HK$267 million, accounting for 15.11%.

On the same day, Qianbaidu announced that all conditions for issuing and subscribing for shares have been met, and the issuance and subscription of shares has been completed on December 11, 2025. A total of 415.4 million subscribed shares were successfully issued in accordance with the terms of the subscription agreement and were subscribed by nine subscribers at a subscription price of HK$0.205 per share.
