The Zhitong Finance App learned that the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange shows that on December 11, shareholders of China New Consumer Group (08275) deposited shares with Ruicheng Securities with a market value of HK$16.7037 million, accounting for 17.65%.

China New Consumer Group announced that all conditions contained in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement matters have been completed on December 11, 2025. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, the placement agent has successfully placed a total of 144 million shares at the placement price of HK$0.10 per share at the placement price, accounting for approximately 15.00% of the Company's issued share capital which was expanded through allotment and issuance of placement shares immediately after completion of the placement.
