On December 11, the Ministry of Education held the 30th anniversary of the “Chunhui Project” and the 2025 Chunhui Innovation and Entrepreneurship Exchange Event for Chinese Students Studying Abroad in Shanghai, and announced a number of new 2026 Chunhui Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiatives. At the event site, the Ministry of Education cooperated with the first batch of 50 organizations in the country to build the Chunhui Partner Network and released the “Chunhui Initiative” to provide a full chain of support and build a national service platform for overseas students to return home for employment and entrepreneurship.
