The Cayman Islands Supreme Court (Financial Services Court) handed down a ruling on December 3, 2025, approving the company's application to appoint a receiver to take over the sub-fund. The court found US-Biostar as a creditor under the terms of the subscription letter.

The company's legal adviser has communicated with the appointed receiver. The receiver will initiate the liquidation petition and takeover procedure of the LFM Fund in accordance with Cayman Islands law. The company contacted the receiver on December 10, 2025 to proceed with the takeover process.
