SBB Nears Completion of Community Portfolio Sale to PPI After Meeting Conditions

09:38 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (SBB-B.ST, SBB-D.ST), d/b/a SBB, said Thursday that all conditions were fulfilled for the 32 billion-krona sale of its community portfolio to Public Property Invest (PUBLI.OL), or PPI. In November, the Nordic property company signed agreements to sell three subsidiaries, collectively referred to as SocialCo, through which the portfolio will be indirectly divested. Completion and transfer are expected on Dec. 16.
