  • Related Urban Development Group (Related Urban), the affordable and workforce housing arm of Related Group, together with Miami-Dade County broke ground on  The Residences Palm Court, a mixed-income and intergenerational development in North Miami-Dade. Located at 950 NW 95th Street, the 316-unit development is made possible in part through $3.5 million in Home Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding from Miami-Dade County. 191 will be reserved specifically for elderly residents. 
  • GAIA Real Estate has relocated its national headquarters from New York to Miami. GAIA opened its first Miami office at the start of 2025 and has now signed an additional lease at the space to accommodate growth as the firm expands through new hires in the market. After 16 years of being based primarily in New York, the firm will continue to maintain its presence at Carnegie Hall Tower on West 57th Street. The move aligns with GAIA’s investment growth strategy, which is focused primarily on opportunities in South Florida and the Sun Belt.
  • Cushman & Wakefield announced today that Ryan Phillips has joined the firm as Senior Director, based in Boca Raton. Phillips will focus on office tenant representation throughout South Florida as part of the firm’s Tenant Advisory Group. Phillips brings more than 17 years of experience advising occupiers on complex lease negotiations and strategic portfolio decisions, representing over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate transactions nationwide.
  • RIPCO Real Estate has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent for Legacy Place, the 420,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle destination located at the intersection of PGA Boulevard and Alternate A1A in Palm Beach Gardens. The engagement marks a new chapter for the property, which continues to evolve as a best-in-class mixed-use destination.
