Adnoc Distribution Becomes First Fuel Retailer to Accept AE Coin Digital Payments in UAE

08:35 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. for Distribution (ADX:ADNOCDIST), d/b/a Adnoc Distribution, said Thursday it will accept AE Coin digital payments across its retail network in the United Arab Emirates. Through the memorandum of understanding, the Abu Dhabi-listed company becomes the first fuel and convenience retailer to adopt the first-of-its-kind stablecoin in its digital payment infrastructure in partnership with Al Maryah Community Bank. The AE Coin is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE.
