The offer price is 13.28 yuan/share, and the number of shares purchased is 42.336 million shares, accounting for 15% of the total share capital. Furthermore, Qiteng Robot and its co-actors have signed “Share Transfer Agreements” with various transferors to acquire a total of 84.6438 million shares, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital. After the takeover was completed, Qiteng Robotics and its co-actors held a total of up to 127 million shares of Shengtong Energy, accounting for 44.99% of the total share capital.
