Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust to Review All Options in Strategic Review

07:10 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust (SBSI.L) said Thursday its board may recommend a managed wind-down as a potential outcome of a strategic review. The investment trust noted that as part of the review and consultation started in July, most of its shareholders have indicated continued interest in the portfolio; however, some said they prefer a return of capital. The investment trust said its board will consider all of the available options, and a proposal for shareholder approval is expected at the company's 2026 annual general meeting.
