Faron Pharmaceuticals Issues EUR10 Million of Convertible Bonds to Heights Capital

06:23 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Faron Pharmaceuticals (FARON.HE, FARN.L) said Thursday it issued 10 million euros of senior unsecured convertible bonds due Dec. 2, 2028. The bonds were issued as the second tranche of the pharmaceutical company's subscription agreement with Heights Capital Management. Faron Pharmaceuticals plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which would extend its cash runway into the second quarter of 2026.
