Sweden's Arctic Falls Begins Trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

06:12 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Swedish winter tire testing company Arctic Falls AB said Thursday it started trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the ARFA ticker following an oversubscribed initial public offering. The company will offer 2,710,810 existing shares, including an overallotment option, at 72 kronor per share, giving it a valuation of 651 million kronor. The offering size represents 30% of the company's total share capital. Protean Small Cap, Svante Elfving, and Swedbank Robur Fonder, as cornerstone investors, acquired shares worth 69 million kronor.
