Yicheng Xinneng (300080.SZ) plans to acquire 7.6923% shares in Kaifeng Era to seek synergy

Zhitong Finance App News, Yicheng Xinneng (300080.SZ) announced that the company will acquire 7.6923% of the shares of Kaifeng Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (“Dengfeng Songji”) held by Dengfeng Songji (Group) Co., Ltd. (“Dengfeng Songji”) for 10 million yuan. After the acquisition is completed, the company will hold 46.1538% of Kaifeng Era's shares.

According to the announcement, the Kaifeng Era is an important part of the source network load storage, and the company's acquisition of some shares in the Kaifeng Era can further create synergy effects in terms of technology, market, resources, etc., to support its business development.
