Recently, CGN Uranium Development Co., Ltd. and Namibian Water Company formally signed a joint venture agreement to build a seawater desalination plant. According to the agreement, the seawater desalination plant will be jointly built by the Namibian Water Company and Scott, and the joint venture will be fully responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of the project. After the project is put into operation, it will focus on supplying the municipal sector and surrounding mines to resolve the regional water shortage problem at the source.
