Snam Signs EUR126 Million Deal to Boost OLT Stake to 97%

05:02 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Snam (SRG.MI) agreed to buy a 48.2% stake in OLT - Offshore LNG Toscana for a total consideration of 126 million euros, taking its ownership in the latter to 97.3% upon closing. The stake is being acquired from Igneo Infrastructure Partners, according to a Thursday release. OLT operates the Toscana Floating Storage and Regasification Unit offshore Livorno, Italy. Deal completion is expected in the first half of 2026, pending regulatory clearances, including those under Italy's antitrust and golden power laws.
