The platform needs to set up a dedicated warehousing and distribution management department to develop a complete warehousing, distribution and pick-up point management system and operating procedures. At the same time, encourage the use of IoT technology to achieve real-time monitoring of temperature and humidity, and establish a food safety traceability system throughout the process.
