LEGION CONSO (02129): Fan Jiasi appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee

Following the above appointments, the Nomination Committee consists of 2 executive directors and 3 independent non-executive directors, namely Mr. Huang Kangfu, Ms. Fan, Mr. Zhao Jiakai (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Mr. Yeung Tak Chuen, and Mr. Ho Wing Sham.
