Modon Signs AED1 Billion Construction Contract with Trojan Construction

01:57 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Modon Holding (ADX:MODON) awarded a construction contract worth 1 billion Emirati dirhams to Trojan Construction Group for the Maysan project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Trojan Construction will build the Mayar and Thoraya districts of the Reem Island-based project, according to a Thursday release. The Abu Dhabi-listed investment and real estate development company noted that Mayar will have 60 townhouse units and 132 stacked maisonettes, while Thoraya will comprise 184 townhouses.
