Baan Holding Group Extends Longstop Date for Real Estate Asset Purchases

01:23 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baan Holding Group (SASE:1820) extended the longstop date for its real estate asset acquisition deals with Al Oula for Real Estate Development, Ajdan Real Estate Development, and Abdul Mohsen Abdulaziz Al Hokair Holding Group. The hospitality and entertainment group said Thursday that the date was revised to March 3, 2026, from Dec. 28, 2025. The company noted that the transactions are still subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
