According to the news, on the evening of December 10, PACIFIC LEGEND issued an announcement stating that the maximum placement of 985.279 million shares, accounting for about 16.67% of the expanded share capital, the placement price was HK$0.118 per share, a discount of about 4.07% from the closing price of HK$0.123 on December 10. The total proceeds from the placement will be approximately HK$11.6 million, and the total net proceeds will be approximately HK$11.4 million. The Board of Directors intends to use the entire net proceeds as working capital of the Group.
