The People's Government of Liaoning Province issued the “China Cross-border E-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone Implementation Plan”. Deepen international cooperation on cross-border e-commerce with the five countries of North Korea, South Korea, Mongolia, Russia, Japan, and Northeast Asia, and promote infrastructure connectivity and efficient cross-border circulation of factors in an orderly manner.
