The 2025 “Smart Connection · Future” Brain-Computer Interface International Conference and the 2nd China Brain-Computer Intelligence Conference will be held from December 11 to 12. At the conference, the launch ceremony of the Zhejiang Brain-Computer Interface Major Science and Technology Project and Innovation Consortium will be held. A major brain-computer interface technology project and innovation consortium in Zhejiang Province was launched to gather multiple forces from industry, academia, research and use to systematically research key core technologies to build an internationally competitive brain-computer interface industry cluster; at the same time, the launch ceremony for the ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43 international standard for brain-computer interface projects was held. The ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 43 international standard for brain-computer interface was officially launched, and brain-computer interface technology has fully entered the international standard-setting stage, helping to accelerate the establishment of a globally unified technical specification and evaluation system and promote the healthy and orderly development of this field. Also, the signing ceremony for the brain-computer intelligence enterprise to land in Yuhang District of Hangzhou will be held simultaneously.
