Among them, two cases directed by the Supreme People's Procuratorate and reported by the China Association of Women Prosecutors were selected, demonstrating the active actions of the procuratorial authorities in protecting the rights and interests of women and children. The two cases reported by the China Women Prosecutors' Association were “Guizhou Procuratorate Prosecuting Yu's Child Abduction and Sale Case in accordance with the Law” and “Jiangsu Suqian City Procuratorate's Comprehensive Judicial Protection Case for Rectifying Illegal Acceptance of Minors Using Online Housing Contracts”. In addition to the two typical cases guided by the Supreme Prosecution mentioned above, there are many cases in this year's top ten cases, which reflect from different aspects that the procuratorial authorities comprehensively use the “four major inspection” functions, actively integrate into the collaborative social protection network, and effectively enhance the effectiveness of protecting the rights and interests of women and children through the rule of law.
