A survey on Thursday showed that after British Chancellor of the Exchequer Reeves released the budget last month, the UK housing market slowed down, and the number of buyer inquiries recorded the fastest decline in more than two years. The Royal Institute of Surveyors announced that the November inquiry margin for new buyers fell from negative 24 in October to minus 32, the lowest since September 2023.
