The People's Government of Liaoning Province issued the “China Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone Implementation Plan”, which proposes that by 2030, the number of cross-border e-commerce market players in the China Cross-border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone will grow further, with an average annual increase of more than 15%; the scale of cross-border e-commerce transactions will continue to increase, with an average annual increase of more than 15%; and basically form a new supervisory service model and system innovation system for cross-border e-commerce development with Dandong's characteristic advantages, making Dandong an important hub for cross-border trade in Northeast Asia and an important fulcrum for joint construction of the “Belt and Road” land and sea linkage.
