The PRS REIT Closes GBP629 Million Sale of Operating Unit

10:23 AM EST, 12/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- The PRS REIT (PRSR.L) concluded the divestment of its operating subsidiary, The PRS REIT Holding Co Ltd, to UK Housing Platform Bidco, according to a Tuesday filing. The British real estate investment trust on Nov. 3 said it agreed to sell the unit, which holds all its property assets, for a cash payment of 628.9 million pounds sterling.
