Tudatong (02665): Listed on December 10 at a price of HK$10 per share

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tudatong (02665) announced the results of the placement. The number of shares approved for equity financing of the company was 3,70816 million shares, and the number of succession shares issued after listing (after share redemption without TechStar Class A shareholders exercising their right to claim) was 1,299 million shares. The price per share was HK$10, and the net proceeds were HK$360.5 million. The company's shares will begin trading on December 10, 2025.
